This DVD demonstrates basic techniques and advanced skill, exercises and concepts. From set up and balancing, to the adjustments to the arm and vest, line dances, stairs, pass-bys, hard and soft mount vehicle work, low mode, safety issues, using long lenses and the role of the operator - it's all included. It maybe a little dated, but the techniques shown are still relevant.
