Web Order processing:
We aim to process orders within 24hrs of receiving during Monday -Friday.
Orders received after 3pm GMT will be processed the following working day.
We will process orders received after 3pm GMT on a Friday – and over the weekend, on the following Monday.
An email confirmation will be sent to you when we commence processing your order for despatch.

Due to unprecedented global demand for our Filters, dispatch may be delayed to 10-14 days. This is especially so, with some grades and sizes of Tiffen Black Promist, Glimmerglass ring filters. Our factories are working hard to keep up with orders, but please do bear this in mind. We will dispatch items as soon as goods arrive with us.
