Shipping policy

Web Order processing:
  • We aim to process orders within 24hrs of receiving during Monday -Friday. 
  • Orders received after 3pm GMT will be processed the following working day.
  • We will process orders received after 3pm GMT on a Friday – and over the weekend, on the following Monday. We do follow the UK Public Holiday schedule and will not be open on these days. Order received over the weekend or on a UK Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you when we commence processing your order for dispatch.

  • Due to unprecedented global demand for our Filters, dispatch may be delayed to 10-14 days. This is especially so, with some grades and sizes of Tiffen Black Promist, Glimmerglass ring filters. Our factories ae working hard to keep up with orders, but please do bear this in mind. We will dispatch items as soon as goods arrive with us.
Export 
  • i) From the 1st January 2021, The UK was no longer a member of the EU free trade area. Although customs duties between the UK and EU have been agreed to be zero rated, this only applies to products of UK/EU Country of Origin. Most Tiffen products are manufactured in the US. Customers should be aware that VAT (Value Added Tax) is no longer collected by the UK for EU bound goods, and will be chargeable on import into the EU along with appropriate import duties. If the customer is VAT registered, it is required that the customer must include their VAT registration number on the customer details form, to which the company will include on courier export documents for appropriate importation. 

  • ii) Goods will be dispatched under INCO Terms, DAP. If the customer is not VAT registered or did not include their VAT Number, they must be aware that VAT (Value Added Tax) and import duties and/or fees may be payable prior to delivery, at your countries local rate. Goods may not be released by the nominated courier until paid. This is a legal responsibility of the courier agent to collect taxes on behalf of the local tax office, and the Company will in no way be responsible for such fees or delays however caused.  

    iii) International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes according to the shipping destinations customs regulations.
